I Support My Father's House
"I donated the kitchen at My Father's House as a memorial to my wife, Agnes, because she was a wonderful cook. Agnes was also a patient in that building when it was the Alpine Nursing Home. As a former nurse, she would have said, 'If we save one soul, I shall be happy.' I'm sure we shall do much better than that." "As a Christian who is against abortion, it is my duty and obligation to support a ministry like My Father's House that offers an alternative. It is high time for Christians to back up our words with action." "We see it as a Christian privilege to support young women who choose life for their babies instead of abortion. My Father's House not only offers these young women a home, but it surrounds them with a witness of love, of faith, and a hope for new life." "If we say we are prolife but we don't do anything about it, we are not doing what we should. You have heard the expression 'Practice what you preach.'
